COLLABORATIONS AND MEMORANDUMS OF THE ENTITY OF S.N.R.

Throughout its long-running body of work, the Society of Neurosciences and
Rehabilitation [S.N.R.] has developed a basis of strong institutional partnerships with
recognized scientific, academic, and social organizations in Greece as well as in other
countries abroad. Through meaningful scientific partnerships, S.N.R. ensures scientific
validity, the high standards of the quality of services it provides, and the continuous
development of its facilities and initiatives in the field of mental health.

S.N.R. cooperates systematically with the World Psychiatric Association, from which it
receives full certification for its work, strengthening the international recognition and
credibility of its achievements.

For the development and operation of its facilities, S.N.R. has signed a Memorandum of
Cooperation with Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), which provides institutional
and scientific support, scientific documentation, and provision of mental health services
to individuals.

This cooperation is mainly implemented through the collaboration and contribution of the 3rd Psychiatric Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in AHEPA Hospital, drawing on its long-standing experience and expertise. The Director of the Department since September 1, 2022, is Professor of Psychiatry Konstantinos Fountoulakis.

Additionally, S.N.R. has developed partnerships with important art and cultural
institutions and organizations, such as the National Theater of Northern Greece and the
Museum of Contemporary Art "MoMus," strengthening the connection between mental
health with art, culture and creative expression.

An important part of S.N.R.'s network of partnerships is its collaboration with non-profit organizations (NPOs) active in the field of mental health, such as "Thalpos – Mental Health" and "IASIS", with the aim of exchanging culture and education and developing joint initiatives. In addition, it maintains a Memorandum of Cooperation with the non-profit association "SOFPSY N. Serres".

Finally, S.N.R., in the context of strengthening and promoting mental health in
municipalities, communities, and local bodies, has signed Memoranda of Cooperation
with the following municipalities:

• The Municipality of Thessaloniki
• The Municipality of Thermi
• The Municipality of Volvi
• The Municipality of Chalkidona
• The Municipality of Lagkada
• The Municipality of Agios Nikolaos

Cooperation with these municipalities has been strengthened through initiatives of
community support programs in collaboration with their Mayors. S.N.R. maintains
additional active cooperation with the Holy Metropolis of Drama, with the aim of effective
local networking and support for local communities.
