The Residential Care Home Facility A7 "AKESO" of the Society of Neurosciences and Rehabilitation (S.N.R.) began operating in June of 2025, after the official issuing of:
• An official Establishment License (No. Γ3β/Γ.Π.34671/28-06-2024 - Online Publication Number: 9ΙΒ2465ΦΥΟ-Σ6Ο) by the Ministry of Health.
• An official Operations License (No. Γ3β/Γ.Π.26029/16-06-2025 - Online Publication Number: 946Μ465ΦΥΟ-Ο9Α) by the Ministry of Health.
The Residential Care Home Facility A7 is located in Koufalia, in the municipality of Chalkidona, and belongs to the 3th Regional Health Authority of Central Macedonia.
The Residential Care Home Facility A7 is a specialized accommodation and support facility designed to offer a safe, organized, and supportive environment for people with serious mental disorders and agitated / excitable behavior, who require increased care either temporarily due to relapse (short-term accommodation) or on a permanent basis, providing not only housing but also specialized care tailored to the specific needs of each beneficiary.

The Residential Care Home Facility A3 provides its services FREE OF CHARGE, operates 24 hours / day, all year round, with permanent and specialized staff, which includes:

• Pathologists / General Practitioners
• Caregivers / General Staff
The facility operates on the basis of a personalized support plan for each resident, which includes goals for their daily life, education, social integration, and psychosocial empowerment.
Through its specialized staff (scientific, nursing, and caregivers), the Residential Care Home Facility A7 provides its beneficiaries with:
• Specialized care in a safe and supportive environment, with attention to the physical and mental integrity of beneficiaries and limiting the risks of falls or other accidents.
• Regular monitoring of physical and mental health by specialized doctors (psychiatrists, pathologists, and general practitioners) and the nursing staff.
